I originally bought this device in 2018 and used it for several months daily for 2 minutes (2 sets of 30-50 reps). I was very skeptical at first, but after using it for the very first time, noticed a ‘pump’ in the muscles of my jawline and sore muscles the next day. I could tell that this did something. Over the course of several weeks my jawline came back. It’s amazing how these muscles had deteriorated over the years. The effect was amazing. I'm actually getting told by long term friends that I look years younger.Bought it again now and will continue to use it daily. It’s very easy to use.

This jaw-biter device is awkward to put in your mouth. I instructions say to bite down firmly...I have a back filling on my lower teeth and I really hurt. I quit using it after 2 days for fear it might crack my teeth. Avoid if you have any dental work on you back grind teeth.

I have used the Facelifter 4-5x per week for 1-2 minutes regularly. I initially placed it too far back in my mouth which was uncomfortable. It works best for me if I place it on the smallest setting closer to the front of my mouth.It definitely improved my jawline significantly. At first it was more temporary after use, but after a month as my face muscles got stronger it is a lasting result. My face feels and looks tighter and younger. I am obsessed! Would definitely recommend!

The smallest setting is still to wide. For me facial exercises have been more effective then this item

whats nice about this device is that is simple, transportable and comes with a nice carry case. You will need to get used to "the pressure" one experiences as they use the device. Ive been using it for about 2 weeks now, and I think I can see a difference. Just a good all around way to keep way the " lax" we all see as we age.
