I've only tried the lemon flavor because most of the time anyother flavor in these types of drinks are too sweet. This one has grown on me and seems to help with hydration. The salty taste isn't bad. LMNT is my favorite electolyte drink powder. I have tried about 4 or 5 others. There's just something about the amount of salt and minerals in this that other brands just don't have. I think I drink plenty of water in a day, but I heard that if you aren't getting the minerals/salt it doesn't actually absorb. I have been having muscle cramps and twitching in my calves. I was wondering if it's dehydration. I've been drinking one of these daily and haven't had them since. Also on days where I just feel like my battery is low, I will choose this instead of afternoon coffee and I feel recharged. My husband will drink them after dinner sometimes when he feels hungry. He knows he's not 'hingry' as he had a decent sized dinner, after an LMNT drink, he is satisfied and no longer has that feeling. This Lemondade flavor is really good. Not too tart or sweet and not 'as' salty as some of the other LMNT flavors.
