Renshaw Fondant Extra White: Sturdy, Elastic. 1 kg

J’ai utilisé cette pâte à sucre pour un évènement et le rendu était sublime ! Elle est facile à étaler, ne colle pas trop, et se travaille vraiment bien pour les détails fins. Le goût est agréable, pas trop sucré, ce qui est rare pour ce type de produit. Elle a bien tenu à température ambiante et au réfrigérateur sans craquer ni fondre. Je recommande à 100 %, que ce soit pour un anniversaire, un baptême ou un gâteau de mariage !
