Q: Is there a return period?

They are clearly not allowing returns. We got two direct from them and they smelled to high heaven, even after airing them out for two weeks. The smell was so bad I threw up. It’s not the typical memory foam smell either they smell moldy. Do not buy you won’t be able to return. And you will beg them to take them back. Will end up in a landfill.

No issues. No smell. I enjoy my new pillow. I have recommended it to friends. I find it comfortable to sleep on without tossing. Mine aired out & shaped easily in less than a day. No chemical or mold smell. It is a good quality well made pillow. I use cotton pillow cases to keep the white & gray material clean. It does not get hot, there is no turning pillow to cool. It stays cool. I ordered from Amazon.

Q: I was airing pillow outside to off gas chemical smell. Forgot it was there and it rained. Cover went in the dryer. How do you dry pillow?

It says on instruction that the pillow is spot clean only and not to put in the dryer so I would put out in the sun like another person posted here

Q: Is this pillow too hard?

Yes it's really hard. I felt my shoulder pain has been more serious after using this hard pillow! I returned it and bought a newentor pillow, my neighbor recommended, the new pillow is soft and supportive, i'm really satisfactory.
