Used it to remove last of a callus and it brought my skin back to normal on my hand. Not ashamed to shake hands with others.

Right off the bat I’ll tell you why I am giving this one star instead of the 3 I thought about giving it prior to me figuring out that this hand cream was what smelled bad. Really bad. Like an old cigarette butt ashtray—that’s the only thing I can aptly compare it to. For 5 - 6 nights in a row I used this had cream and I never connected it to the ashtray odor until finally I figured it out. I’d searched all around my bedroom wondering where that odor was coming from—it was this Hand MD. I used it at night at bedtime and that’s where I always smelled it. When I quit using it, no more ashtray smell. I applied a little on my hand several times in different rooms and different areas just to be sure—yup, it’s this Hand MD. Ugh.I tossed it in the garage, a $60 thing of hand cream.As for the cream itself and the serum, they were fine. Maybe really good. But there’s no way I’d ever spend $60 on this hand cream. It feels like a gimmick. That said, perhaps it has some merit to it, if you receive one that doesn’t smell bad. I couldn’t test its merits since I didn’t want to smell it.Perhaps I received a rancid bottle, or something else wrong with it. But it was bad enough for me to toss an expensive bottle of lotion/serum after only a handful of uses.It did feel nice on. It was a cute concept. But I never got past the 5-6 days of use.

It works but I deal in water quite a lot so it's not on my hands very long.

I like this cream, arrived in two days, and I applied at night, the left over the ration that I put on my hands I applied to my face and neck. Wow, next morning I notice a nice tight skin on my hands an day face, including my neck. The bad part is that is a little pricey for my wallet and the amount of cream is not a lot in the big bottle. I was disappointed on the amount of cream that each container has. :( Hope it last for a month!

I like the product. Have not see improvement to justify the $60 price. Small size for the $60 and you have to use it twice a day.

Evaluating any skin care product is usually very difficult because even with the most effective ingredients, the skin changes slowly with continued use and in conjunction with other lifestyle choices like sufficient sleep, diet and use of sunscreen. My initial impression on seeing the packaging design was either it was a real convenience having two products in one package or maybe just an attractive gimmick. Well, I've been using this for about a month and can honestly say, it had a pronounced effect on the appearance of my aging hands. You apply a dot or two of serum on the back of each hand first. It spreads readily and seems to be absorbed rapidly so there was little time lag to go to the other pump and apply the moisturizer the same way. The moisturizing properties are dramatic and immediate. Of course, as all skin care products say, lessens the APPEARANCE of fine lines, etc, which makes it more cosmetic than therapeutic. But in addition, it really did seem to begin to lighten the age spots that are such a nemesis and annoyance to see. It is more expensive than hand moisturizer products I normally purchase. But I can recommend giving it a try due to the effectiveness I've observed even with missing days of use.
