One of the two heaters quite working after one use

I have been using one f these for a couple years. Has functioned well. We had a house fire and my original got damaged. So when I went to replace it I definitely wanted these again and decided to splurge and get the 2 pack. Now I do wrap a towel around mine to help insulate the heat around my buckets. I think it helps warm the honey faster.

At first there is the rubbery smell, sue to manufacturing. But heat fast easy to set with the dial.

Works good at heating up water and other products that come in large buckets. 3 gal to 5 gal. buckets
