I love these.
I love these. They are actually more comfortable than my Columbia hiking boots. They provide great ankle support, and have decent traction. I typically hike in mountainous areas with a lot of rock scrambling so traction is really important. Quality exceeds my expectation and value matches. I normally wear a true 8.5 and have a hard time finding shoes because they are either too big or too small. I got the 9 in these and with hiking socks fit extremely well with enough room in the toe box for descents. I got the raisin color which also looks like a deep wine and love the look. I would recommend these.

Comfortable right out of box
This is my 3rd pair of Vasque hiking boots. They are lighter than my 2 previous pairs and have the same great fit. The sole is rugged - great for hiking in Maine (rocky!). The mid height keeps my weak ankle stable. I’ve loved this brand since I started hiking and will continue buying them when this pair wears out. Oh, and they are waterproof too. Give them a try.

A great quality boot at a great price!
For the trooper color, make sure you look at the 4th picture down and watch the video of the boots because that is a more accurate photo of the actual color. In the first few pictures, the boots look grey, but the boots are actually more of a green color, like a sage green with dark sage/emerald mesh inlays and olive-green accents on the heel and ankle. I'm actually pleasantly surprised because I prefer this color over the grey. I went a half size up, which I normally do for hiking boots to accommodate for thick, wool socks. I wear an 8 and the 8.5 fits perfectly with moderately thick wool socks. I have a regular/slightly wide foot and I did not buy wide width and I have no issues. My toe's are moving comfortably in the toe box and if I were to have gone a full size larger, they would've been too big. These do not feel narrow to me so ignore whoever said these run narrow. I cannot wear narrow shoes. These actually looked wide around the heel and ankle to me. The laces are WAY too short. I could barely tie them, let alone double tie them. I'm probably going to have to buy longer laces, but getting a boot of this quality at this price is worth having to pay for an extra pair of laces.

Get an entire size larger
These boots are great as long as you order them an entire size larger than your normal shoe size. Vasque boots run small. I am a 7.5 normally and get an 8.5 in Vasque boots. They are very good for a narrow heel that tends to slip up while walking, eliminating blisters and holes in socks at the heel. I have put many, many miles in many pairs of these hiking boots over the last 20 years and have always been a fan. They are not quite as high quality as they used to be but are still a good boot. I wear them out in about a year but I also put tons of miles on them and sometimes in terrible conditions. I believe they do continue to be a good value for your money compared to others. They also have good arch and ankle support, lightweight, good waterproofing, and the styling is not bad. I hope this is helpful :)

Order size up- but a good shoe for the money
I did order a size bigger - I wear 7’s and ordered an size 8- this was suggested. They do fit well. I wore the shoes with and without socks. I found both comfortable. I am impressed by the shoes and look forward to hiking in them soon. I do think they were a good value . The have a good cushion sole.

Perfect!!
This is my third pair of Vasque Breeze over about 7 years. The first two pair were exactly the same and I was a bit worried with the slight remake and some of the reviews before ordering my latest pair. I use them for work (dog walker) so I put 4-6 miles on them daily plus for light hiking. Other than the water proofing and sole nothing has changed! Fit is exactly the same, toe box the same, same wonderful support in a lightweight boot and same wonderful comfort. The laces were a little bit shorter but I could still double knot them so not an issue. I received them yesterday and put 5 miles on them today. They were comfortable and perfect!! I can't comment on the waterproofing yet but will update.Update 5/10: I wore them out all day working in the rain today, wet grass and some puddles and came home with dry feet! I'm very happy with my boots ☔️

These boots aren’t made for (me) walking
These did not work out for me. I tried them on in my home. I walked around for about 5 minutes and began to feel pain on my right inner ankle. I took the boot off, removed my sock and already had a red indentation on my skin.I took a look inside the boot and did the same with the left boot and I noticed that the tongue on the right boot seemed to have more fabric on the inside corner.I put the boots back on. The left one was great. While putting the right one on I tried to maneuver the tongue fabric into place like the left boot. It was at this point that I realized the fabric would not fold nicely into place like the left boot did.I am returning these boots and will go to an outdoor enthusiast type store, try on several pairs, spend more money on a pair that suit my feet better.

Comfy but not as supportive as old Vasque boots
I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit fine, plus I'm loving the deep red color. Length is as I expected and they're just a touch wide on my narrow feet, which I fixed with a slightly thicker footbed. They're more supportive than trail runners, though The grip seems good though I haven't stress-tested them on a wet, slippery day. I'm looking forward to putting some miles on these this coming summer.

Excelentes
Anteriormente tenía unas botas igual de esta marca, por lo que decidí volver a comprar unas y en verdad no me arrepiento son cómodas, ligeras y sobre todo tienen muy buena suela. Además de que realmente son duraderas
