I’ve had the mattress now for a good month. I even allowed it to air out for a week. But I still have back pain when I wake up in the morning. This mattress had good reviews, but I honestly can’t say it’s resolved my back issues

My wife and I have gone through a lot of mattresses over the past 10 years.I had read the reviews on this particular mattress and decided to give it a try. And man am I glad I didIt is by far the most supportive yet comfortable mattress that we've ever tried.And we have tried a lot of them.It's not exactly cheap, but certainly more affordable than a comparable purple mattress. Actually a lot more affordable. And the quality is absolutely outstanding.Highly recommended.

I have been trying out this mattress for several months now. I did a lot of research on the best mattresses for people who lay on their sides and have shoulder issues. So far, this mattress has not improved my shoulders at all and they continue to hurt. The mattress feels comfortable, however, it doesn't support my shoulders like it should. I'm thinking maybe the mattress is too firm.I was hoping this mattress would help my bursitis, but it hasn't helped at all. I highly recommend that you do more research before buying this mattress if you have shoulder problems. I was hopeful this would be a great mattress for that as they advertised, but overall I was let down.Finally, this vendor would not honor the same deals that were on their website at the time that I purchased this mattress. Keep that in mind as well when shopping for your next mattress.

This is a very comfortable mattress with no break-in time needed. It was comfortable from day one. I highly recommend. It was delivered earlier than promised and set up was very easy. It is very heavy so make sure you have someone to help situate it before unwrapping.

Mattress is very comfortable

We purchased a Helix mattress five years ago after sleeping on an air-bed for over 20 years. We fell in love immediately with the Helix Luxe, and have recommended it to family and friends since.Just short of five years of ownership we noted a dip in the mattress. A bit confused, I reached out to Helix to see if this was normal. After a few photos and less than a day of deliberation Helix sent us two emails. The first was notification of shipping a replacement, and the second contact info for someone to pick up the old mattress and donate it.Helix totally exceeded our expectations, standing behind their warranty 100%! Things happen in manufacturing, and I suspect our first mattress just had one of the unfortunate things. But when a company is right there behind their product you know it's a company you can get behind in return.We look forward to many more years, and many more recommendations to do business with Helix.

A little over a year ago we searched for a new bed wanting to move on from our 12 year old tempurpedic. I researched on google and saw nothing but positive reviews. The Helix Midnight Luxe how It’s rated #1 and on and on. So I took the bait. The bed was OK for about 3 months just when their trial ends. Then the edges started to sink in. It became lumpy and uneven. And quickly became the worst bed we’ve ever had. We tried to email that we did not like the bed and they told us they would send us a topper as that’s the best they can do. They tell everyone that so they don’t have to refund you. They do not honor their warranty and do not have a reliable customer service to call, everything is done by email. There are countless reviews on the Better Business Beaurea about them and all the people who have been scammed. Save your money. This company is Shady beyond belief!
