well its a good one, and you dont find the sour taste ...
after lots of searching. . . .i finally found this one @ amazon. and thought of giving it a try ,well its a good one , and you dont find the sour taste that usually comes from the vinegar.. its hot and definetly a must buy if you are looking for a genuine chilli sauce which dont taste much of sweetness and sourness.

Like many others have said this would have been a wonderful sauce, if only it were not so sweet.That sweetness spoils an otherwise excellent sauce. However it is tolerable when used as anaccompaniment to a dish like an omelette, or dosa. One of the best hot sauces I have everseen/tasted/liked is the Pico Bhut Jolokia Hot Sauce(105 g) by PICO which costs Rs. 100 a bottlebut is almost always in short supply
