Entweder richtig Sport machen oder wie ich es nebenher auch noch tue: in die Sauna. Endlich sind Wassereinlagerungen trotz Sport kein Thema mehr. Ich war ehrlich gesagt schockiert wieviel Wasser aus mir rauskommt. Und es brennt nicht, ist total toll für die Haut! Meine Rettung
