Q: How do you know what height your arch is? I have terrible plantar fasciitis and have no idea what my arch is like. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to the website How to determine your foot arch type - Mayo Clinic Health System. They have a simple test to determine if your arch is high, normal or flat.

Q: Would the Med profile work well for supination

These were recommended to me for mild supination. I first bought them at a running shoe store, and have since bought additional pairs on Amazon

Q: Does anyone know if these work with altra lone peaks (w)? if so, should i size these up to trim them down to fit my shoe (wide toe box)?

I wouldn’t size up as the arch position may be awkward relative to the heel cup and overall length. I’ve used these in 4 generations of Lone Peaks and in Timps and an older Altra road shoe, sized to my men’s 10.5 foot and medium Currexs. Basically I trim nothing from the sides and only trim a blunt line across the front. The resulting inside fit of the toe box is about 95% full. There are some small gaps on the sides but unnoticeable underfoot. The heel and mid foot are perfect.

Q: after a long walk, my lower back hurts, can it remove back pain when walking?

Hello, Thank you for reaching out! With the right arch support, we can help relieve some pressure points but we can't say for sure will relieve your back pain. I have heard from some customers it does help and some not so much. We do have a 60-day warranty and are worth giving a try. Hope this helps. Thank You
