After 3 months I have seen significant improvements in my knee that was compromised by Torn Meniscus surgery, many years ago. I walk and hike 12 miles per day on average and I feel that this product is rebuilding the cartilage that was removed during the surgery.

If you're on the fence about this buy it. I have used this for months now I had two Mencius tears. One knee I have operated on and it still gives me a lot of pain. More than the unrepaired one. I've since decided not to have the other operated on. I have used this for months while going to the gym and it has allowed me to strengthen the muscles around my knees substantially. I'm now able to leg press and squat. This has in turn allowed me to lightly run again. The days I don't take this I have noticed a return of inflammation and stiffness in the joint. It's now just part of my supplement pack each morning.

This is a complete scam. I have suffered with arthritis and have tried various products. After reading the information on this product, I thought it just might be the long term solution I wanted. I used the full bottle and it provided absolutely no relief whatsoever. I had better results using Voltaren. Don't waste your money.

My story: tore my ACL in 2000 and had reconstructive knee surgery. Flash forward twenty years-it's wearing out and I've got bone-on-bone joint pain.To date, I've taken two bottles of RediMove and noticed a slight improvement in the flexibility of the joint. However, it's not able to take away the sharp pain caused by my paper-thin meniscus. For those folks that report a diminished feeling of sharp pains good for them. I wish I knew the secret to make that happen. Two separate orthopedic docs agree I need a new knee, but are reluctant to give me one at a relatively young age (52) and the fact that my knee is highly functional. To my credit, I lost 13 pounds through diet and intense exercise to get unwanted weight off my knee. RediMove helped some, but it's not a panacea.My experience with RediMove is positive, but not over-the-top improvement like I've seen in some reviews. I knew going into the purchase it was a long shot, so I gave it a whirl!

I have always been fit and healthy ... 6 months ago my left knee became so painful and stiff walking became a nightmare as the pain was so bad . MRI results came back informing me my left knee is bone on bone as I have no Cartlidge. Doctor informed me I will need a knee replacement . Then a month ago my right knee started to become swollen and painful! Nightmare ! I looked at all different kinds of supplements to take as I don’t want to rely on pain killers long term. Redimove reviews seemed to be good so I decided to order . I have just ordered my 3rd bottle and have found I am not in as much pain as I was and the stiffness I had especially in the morning isn’t half as bad . I still have some pain and stiffness but I could cope with this. I only hope as I continue to take Redimove my knees keep improving . Only downside is Redimove are expensive and I will require a bottle every month . I take 1 capsule but probs could do with taking 2 a day but as expensive I will stick with 1 capsule. I suppose we can’t put a price on being pain free . Let’s hope they keep working . If you are unsure as to whether they will work for you I will say try them I do believe they have helped me.
