This is the best attachment Iโve ever purchased. Iโm someone whoโs tried a lot of workout gadgetsโBFR bands, thick-grip attachments, different handles, V-barsโyou name it. The problem is, almost all of them rely heavily on grip strength. That means youโre not fully isolating the muscles youโre actually trying to train. This attachment completely changes that. It takes grip strength out of the equation, so you can truly isolate the target muscles. Iโve used it for both triceps and biceps, and the difference is immediate. You can use it with an open palm or wrap it around your wrist, which eliminates wrist and grip fatigue as limiting factors. The build quality is also excellent. It feels very sturdy and durable, and the inside of the straps is well padded. When using it around my wrists, itโs surprisingly comfortableโeven during heavier setsโwhich makes a big difference compared to other attachments that can dig into your skin. Because of that, Iโve actually been able to increase the weight I useโabout 10 pounds more on single-arm exercises and 15โ20 pounds more on two-handed movements. Normally, your grip gives out before your biceps or triceps do. This removes that bottleneck. Iโve never liked doing dips because they hurt my palms and wrists, but this attachment has completely replaced most of my other equipmentโand it costs less than $20. I also donโt have to rely on free weights as much, which used to strain my wrists. The muscle activation is incredible. From the first day, I felt engagement in muscles I hadnโt properly activated before. The pump is intense, and Iโve even had other gym-goers ask about it because the results are noticeable right away.
