The "Professional Install" voucher that comes in the package is to get an extension cable plugged into your OBD Computer port so you can tuck the device further up inside you dash, nothing else and the "Free" installation required you pay $75 for a $10 part!

Getting this device connected and online was a difficult and unpleasant experience. Once I finally got it up and running after hours of being put on hold when trying to get technical assistance I was disappointed at how confusing they have made the controlling website. I previously had the same device which was managed by Straight Talk and none of the confusion existed in getting it set up and the tracking website was simple and easy to navigate. If I were not already invested in time, money, and frustration I would abandon this device and go with another Straight Talk managed unit.
