Para mí, asar a la parrilla es lo máximo para cualquier carne. Ya sea pollo, cerdo o res, el sabor que le da el ahumado es insuperable. Además, queda súper jugoso y con esa costrita deliciosa por fuera. Es la forma más fácil de impresionar a la familia o amigos. ¡Definitivamente se los recomiendo!
