I weigh about 225lbs and have a 38" waist. I can get into the size small but the mediums fit better. I swim for exercise about an hour a day 6 days a week and have been using these for about 3 months. They fit very well and have held up amazingly well.The rubberized gasket around the legs and waist seals better than any other swim diaper I've tried. Like any swim diaper, they will leak #1 if you have a bad accident but they have been enough to prevent obvious leaks on my way to and from the pool. I've only had one in-pool #2 episode... thankfully they held it long enough for me to get out and to the locker room with no issues.In terms of look, I think it is not obvious what they are but they don't look like a normal swimsuit either. I normally wear them under a pair of trunks or jammers. Once when my jammers ripped while putting them on, I just wore the swim diaper by itself and did not get any funny looks...Overall, they are comfortable and work well. They are not only the best swim diaper I've ever used but also the least expensive making them a great value. One tip: Make sure to tie the waist drawstring when washing or wearing, they will migrate inside the waistband and are very hard to get back out.

Got these for my granddaughter, so she and I could be more confident and comfortable in the pool. They are well made. The gel lines that are on the leg and waist opening work well and seem comfy. The pants do kind of hold water so when she gets out we have to drain by pulling the leg holes open...not sure if this is " normal"? I am extremely glad to have these as we've had several accidents in the pool in the past . These were a great answer to a " call for help"🥰

My two year old is the size and weight of a 6 year old. She is not potty trained but, I was wasting money trying to squeeze her into the throw away swim diapers. These are so comfortable to her, she is happy to put them on, and I throw them in the wash with the rest of my clothes. I do not dry them because of the material they are made of, but they are dry quickly just by hanging them. The legs are not too tight but snug. My only draw back is the drawstring, my little one pulled that out the first day.

I ordered this for my special needs daughter so I could take her swimming. This diaper is AMAZING. My daughter had an accident while we were at a pool and I had no idea u til we were leaving and were changing into dry clothes. The diaper held so well that it never once leaked anything at all and I couldn’t even smell anything. It is so sturdy and fits so snug that it doesn’t leak! I am fully impressed and working on ordering another one as soon as I finish this review! High recommend!!

Does the job, but rather uncomfortable.

Looks cute but about as water tight as a screen door on a submarine. Leaked at the first minor wetting like it wasn't even there.Not worth the money

I am able to wear this by itself as a swim diaper, or as a cover. It is very comfortable. Alone, it's a great swim diaper. It's thin enough that it's invisible under my swim trunks. There's soft rubber in the leg openings and around the waist. They are elastic, but don't dig into the skin over time. There's a drawstring in the waistband to draw it tighter if you want it tighter.They are roomy enough I was also able to use them as a cover over my briefs. The soft rubber in the leg opening & waist worked equally well out of the water and doesn't dig into my skin. The fabris on the outside is very soft and silent. They moved well without snagging or twisting when under my trunks of clothes. I liked them so much, I bought a second pair.
