These are very tasty and nice to have on hand, would buy again !!

This is a good quality dried shallot. No skins, evenly chopped and has the concentrated flavor you’d expect from a dried something. I wish they sold it in a bigger size. If you use these in lieu of chopping fresh shallots, it won’t last you long.

I purchased these for the cost savings and amount you get. I used to purchase small packets from an online spice shop. If you don't have fresh shallots these can be added to your recipe. I use them in my homemade spaghetti sauce instead of onions for a milder flavor. I usually freeze the packet. I'm trying to figure out how to do it with these for freshness.

Definitely my favorite dried shallots that I've had. Wish there were larger sizes available they are so good.
