Expensive returns
Bought rug loved it but was too small. Tried to return to buy larger one and they wanted over $40.00 to return a $70 some item No way.....

Nice enough, but definitely NOT Gray.
NOT GRAY!!It’s fine as a rug, but the overall color could never be considered as gray and does not look like either photo on the Amazon page. I had to read the tag to see if I was sent the wrong model.I generously estimate the colors in the rug to be approx 85% in browns mostly in natural jute and darker browns. The other 15% of the woven fibers are a nice grey color. They don’t make much of a visible impact unless looking for them.If you are seeking a rug that will look gray on your floor, this is NOT it.The quality is nice—not top of the line, but not cheap and once it has time to relax, it stays nicely flat. It is pretty if you are open to a brown/natural rug.Still deciding to find a new place for it or return it, and wanted to advice future potential buyers.
