Good for sleep
The reason I bought this is was for better sleep and it does its job as long as I hit the sack within 30 mins of taking it. When I check my sleep tracker next morning, I can clearly see the difference.

The capsule is quite large, but soft and very easy to swallow โ no discomfort at all.
