If so, how strong is it?** A: I am astounded that people say this bar doesn't have a fragrance. It most certainly does have a fragrance that I find relatively strong for a Cetaphil product. It is very similar in scent to Dove white bars. **Q: Is this soap tear free that can be used for new born babies?** A: I just started using this non-soap and really like it. However, when it get's in my eyes, it is not tear-free. **Q: is this for eczema?** A: It's not for eczema. **Q: Does the soap remove chlorine can be used after swimming???** A: I don’t know how effective it is if you swim for long hours but my kids have been swimming in the pool the last three days and washing them with this soap and then lathering them in cetaphil moisturizing cream after the shower has made a big significance because their skin doesn’t smell or feel dry of chlorine. I would asume yes, but again all skin types are different. I use it on my face and find it to be a much better value than similar foaming cleansers in a pump and there's no plastic so less waste! I find it is mild and cleans well. My skin is sensitive and this product never irritates it and I feel good knowing it isn't stripping my skin at all. It also doesn't just melt into a wet lump either. I keep one in the shower and it holds together well in the damp environment but lathers up instantly. I also like its shape for the fact that it is easy to hold in my hands and use. You get a nice size bar for the money and each lasts for a long time. I have been using this soap for about a year and a half and it's my favorite. it is also non-comedogenic. I used to use the non-foaming cetaphil cleanser in the pump bottle because it is gentle but it doesn't foam at all and feels like it's not working even though I know it must be.
