Compact and inexpensive.
It's been only a few days but so far the mini PC is working great. Before seeing it on Amazon a couple of weeks ago I had no idea that such a device existed. I love that it's so compact and (I'm sure that) opting to purchase it saved me a bunch of money, too!

Very pleased.
I am not a gamer. I use my pc's for common surfing, watching YouTube, Movies etc. This PC is doing awesome for me. I find it working faster than the laptop I had been using, was easy to set up with minimal updates and downloads. With it being a minipc, I simply used a HD cable and hooked it up to a 32" HDTV Roku TV. I easily flip back and forth from watching ROKU channels and apps to my computer showing on the screen for email, Facebook, and videos. I caught it on sale and its a great deal.

Love it
I love it!!! I’ve not encountered any problems or glitches. I was able to set it up Live it by myself. I love that it’s small and out of the way. No more big towers..

You Get What You Pay For I Guess...
Support team was great - responsive and tried to be helpful. But product is just to unstable to be useable. Came with no OS; Attempts to reinstall OS (4x) were met with all sorts of flaky, quirky behavior and no success. Unless you like "projects" and the challenge to get cheap HW to run... probably don't want this unit. But that was just my experience....

Perfect for our needs
Perfect for our needs. Social media and e-mail, light programming scoot right along. No noise to speak of. Great value. It will replace my Win 10 desktop, no problem.

Slow and Laggy
When booted up, the bios immediately pops up and was confusing to set up. After I was able to figure out how to boot it, the PC was not as smooth as expected. There was lag even though only one application was open and it was google chrome on its default page. Another thing I noticed was when I try to open the device manager and control panel, it would say I needed administrator permission even though I was already on the account. Overall, it’s still usable but definitely not what I wanted and what I thought it’d be.

Good Value
Good Value, but a little slow.

It really does what it says and it's amazing
I have to say I was very skeptical about this product when I saw it online but I figured at less than $150 why not take a chance and make it a business expense. Well I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get it up and running. It did take a few tries to get it to work with my dock (I have 3 monitors) so I disconnected one and used that to get started. WiFi didn't seem to work so I connected it to an Ethernet cable and it worked immediately, booted up into it's set up process right away. Everything went very smoothly from that point forward. Got into the Windows 11 setup and it did is usual upgrades which took about 20 minutes but it did not crash or have any issues. After a few reboots I was up and running. Unplugged the monitor and attached it to the dock and all three monitors popped up immediately. Went through Windows setup to configure everything the way I like and was up and running in under 90 minutes. Disconnected from the Ethernet and it found my WiFi immediately. I them installed AVGs Device Manager and it updated all the drivers and rebooted. Everything worked as expected. I have to admit I am very surprised but also very happy. Now I no longer have to carry my laptop to the office. I can just toss this in my pocket, plug into my dock at work and be up and running. It does require that you use a power cord but that is a non issue.
