I drink it, eat it and make it an ointment. It Does a body good.
I drink it as a tea.. use it as an ointment/salve and Iโve eaten the leafโs after they sealed people use to drink it as a tea until it was seamed by the health care world as dangerous for the liver.. I love it. I drink a cup 2-3 times a week.. and Iโll eat the wet leaves from my strainer once a week.. I am bone on bone.. my knees definitely feel a difference..

Quality every time!
Excellent product, very clean and well packed. Frontier is a preferred source for me. They are a little pricey but I know Im getting premium product every time regardless of what i order.
