Q: does this product come with a charger and come with extended coverage for extra fee?

Mine came with a charger and I also bought the extra coverage. Unfortunately, I had to return the computer for issues that could not be resolved through their tech support. I do not recommend buying a used computer from Amazon.

Q: Why does this have ddr3? It should be ddr4 for the ram!
