Replaces 18" Weber Smokey Mountain water pan perfectly
I don't use the water pan in my 18" Weber Smokey Mountain cooker because I don't like using water anymore and also because the original water pan is too deep (it interferes with my coal/wood). This dish fits the water pan tabs perfectly and is snug and secure when you press it in tightly. I wrap it in foil and it's just right. I gave 3/5 stars for "value for money" because I would have preferred to pay about $10 r $12, but I still think it's worth it.

Should've bought this years ago
I've been making pizza for 30 years, and for some reason I never owned a pan like this - I only made thin crust on a stone or ceramic tile. I got this 3 weeks ago and have now used it 3 times to make proper deep dish, and I love it. You get a nice golden brown crust, especially along the outside. I'm still figuring out how to make the middle as crisp as the outside but still it's better than the stones and other kinds of pans I've tried over the years. Also I'm going to try a short crust pre-bake which will probably help with that. I wash it by hand and knowing what I know about cookware, I won't be putting it in the dishwasher.

Finally found it.
Had a pan like this for years but it needed replacement. Looked in every store we visited but never found one on the store shelves. Found this one online and it sounded right. It is. It's heavy duty and very similar in size to our original. Hooray.

Great
We’ve been using these for 15 years, they’re great for a slightly higher dough pizza, doesn’t have to be a deep dish pizza.

Great value
Honestly, I purchased this as it's the closest thing I could find to a large Pizza Hut pan in terms of shape and dimensions, without paying twice as much for a real one. If you happen to be looking for the same thing, you probably won't find better value than this.

Cooks Chicago style pizza like a pro.
With this pan and the Uno's Chicago recipe, wow! it's pizza heaven. I can't stop eating them. The pies don't even start to stick. They slide right out of this pan. Golden flaky crust, cooked to perfection. Until I bought this deep dish pan, I couldn't get the crust on my pizzas to come out the way the pizzeria's do. Do yourself a favor, buy this pan and mix up your own pizza crust dough. The store bought will never get you the same flavor. Enjoy!

Great Pan!
UPS delivered my pan last night, a half hour later it was washed, dried, and had a dough spread out in it! About an hour and a half after it was delivered, we were eating a great deep dish pizza. The pizza cooked up great and did not stick to pan and it held up well when sliding out of pan and onto the cutting board. Thanks for a great product, we are looking forward to using this for many things.

Does a fantastic job, but a few things you need to know...
My wife and I visited Chicago a few years back, and we sampled some of the deep-dish and stuffed pizza for which that that city is so deservedly famous. Being a cooking enthusiast, I decided to put my name on my own style of Chicago pizza, and this is where I started. I developed a can't-miss recipe (we prefer stuffed over deep-dish), and many have decided that my pizza is better than what you get in Chicagoland. The only thing I would caution against is the fragility of the nonstick surface. You really don't want to cut it with a metal blade. I would suggest finding a knife with a plastic blade which will protect the surface. After that, you're off to the races. This pan is big, 14", and a stuffed pie out of it will serve 6-8 normal people, or 4 starving animals. Generally, one slice (nearly two inches thick) will take care of business. Oh, and forget the tongs which grab the lip. They won't work if you make a big pie like I do, because the pie is too heavy. I just use two thick hotpads.

The teflon cleans up super fast and the tin is strong and sturdy but ...
I've used this not just for pizza but also to put under a pie in the oven. The teflon cleans up super fast and the tin is strong and sturdy but not overly heavy to lift or slide. I'm very happy with it and recommend it.
