One of the two bulbs won’t connect to Alexa and that same bulb if my phone is not there in the room will go offline in the bulb app itself help!

Try removing the bulb from the app and reconnecting it. If that doesn't work, then contact the actual support for return or exchange since it could be a software issue within the bulb.

why are red and green the only colors that work?

I am still using these same bulbs to this day from my original purchase date. I regularly use red and blue on low and high at night and have never had an issue. You’ve got defective bulbs then… I have them in my ceiling and a floor lamp and I just turned them off.

These lights generate some sort of low frequency noise that most noticeable when using white colors. Is this a bad batch I got?

No, I don’t experience noise. Seems pretty cool. I like it.
