This is the best magnesium I have ever taken during my 30 years of needing this supplement to get through the day. My muscles feel loose, and my wife and I have been enjoying nights of uninterrupted sleep. Lovely!

Bought these for a family member as they are suffering terribly with menopause .I’ve just heard from them today and they told me they are helping with it in a few ways , mainly with there sleeping which is a godsend , she was really glad that I got them for her .I looked around before purchasing and these were good value for the amount you get also.

I've taken this magnesium supplement for several years and would highly recommend. This is a high strength magnesium product using magnesium citrate for higher absorption than most commonly used magnesium compounds. It's excellent for improved sleep or if you suffer from muscle cramps. I like that this brand doesn't use any nasty fillers or binders and is of a high quality. Although the capsules are quite large they are easy to swallow and just one a day.

Got these for night cramps.They seem to have done the trick. Cramps have died off 95%.

Really good product and well worth the price

A medic who is a family member recommended I take these.I have completed one jar and started another. I have found I have more energy; not crazy energy, but a more subtle increase. I have started being more productive since taking them. I’m less likely to put things off until later and more likely to do things now. Nothing exciting, but things like housework. Small tasks seem manageable rather than a mountain that’s too hard to climb. This feels like a clear measure that they are working. I feel less lazy.I take one capsule every morning, as I wanted to be energetic in the daytime and not at night. The recommended dose is either one or two capsules, so you can see what works best for you. Perhaps if I change to two a day I will become bionic.I haven’t had any issues with constipation or diarrhoea.Photo shows size of capsules next to a 10p for scale.
