I train a lot and these shorts are my favorite by far. They fit me perfectly and are comfortable no matter what type of run I am doing. Whether it's a long run or short run, fast or slow, these shorts are up for the task.The phone pocket is also surprisingly good. i have had both a regular and large phone in them and it holds it there snugly and you don't even notice it.the downside to these shorts are the zippers. I have multiple pairs in different styles from this manufacturer and the zippers just don't last very long.It is good to note that the zippers aren't a big deal though as anything you put in the pockets will stay there just fine even when you don't zipper them up.

I purchased four brands of running shorts to see which I would like the best: Loozykit, Arsuxeo, Lixada and TCA. Here is what I learned:LoozykitThe inner liner is way too loose. But they are comfortable. What makes these shorts great are the pockets. Two large generous pockets in front, a decent sized zipper pocket in the back and a phone pocket in the leg. I go for a six mile walk daily and the leg pocket is perfect for the phone. But it would not work for a run. The phone bounces around and would likely bounce out. However the front pockets are also big enough for a phone and might work for a run if you wanted to have your phone along. I will likely get more of these, but do wish the liner was as tight as the other three shorts.ArsuxeoGreat tight inner liner and a nicer outer shell than the Lixda. Plus two generous pockets that easily hold an iphone. This is the best blend of pockets for a phone and a nice tight lighter. I will likely get more of these.LixadaGreat tight inner liner. The outer material, however, was noisier than most. Only one pocket and way too small for a large iphone. I won't be purchasing additional pairs.TCALooked great but they were far smaller than the other three brands. I couldn't get them on! I gave them away to a smaller friend. I’m always trying to find super comfortable gym clothes, i try to make it easy to head out to the gym. Typically i went for Lululemons either men’s yoga short, or their men’s running shorts. I liked those a lot, but after a friend of mine scolded me for spending 75$ on “shorts” and i agree, may be a bit steep. So after a lot of research, i stumbled upon these. So whatever expectations i had for these were pretty high, but they were met. I was Surprised to find a lot of little things here and there on the shorts very neat detailing, reflective fabric on the sides of the shorts. Once i washed and dried these shorts, that’s when i really knew that i was ordering more, they were very comfortable. So the material is a combination of fabrics, makes them breathable and pretty lightweight. The pockets are good zippers, soft on the inside, they feel very sturdy. The length of the shorts underneath is perfect, i like the length of these shorts way better than the shorts i used to wear.

This shorts fit snug at first but after minima adjustments and first work out I had 0 complaints. Very comfortable and breathable and I even wear casually to parks with sun and around the house how comfortable they are. I ended up getting 5!! Just to have extra for back up. Very durable so far. So tears or rips. Very good looking I get a lot of compliments and looks. Would purchase again and the price is very reasonable compared to other 2-1 shorts

I used these for the gym, and the shorts look and feel as advertised, the lining and short itself are of good quality, however, the shorts are tighter than expected and the liner is a bit longer as well which adds a bit of an awkward contrast so it does not look as good as the image. I don't' have a thin body type which this may fit better for. If you have wider legs I would say go 2 sizes higher. I'm a medium in most shorts and went for L but that is bit tight, not bad enough to make the shorts unwearable, but a larger size would probably be more comfortable..

likes:- super comfy (and material does not irritate my skin at all, even on longer runs)- fits as expected- zipper pockets are great for running (all running shorts should have them)- cool color combo (maize and blue!)- very fairly priceddislikes:- the only con I can see with these so far is that, because they cover a lot more of your leg (which is a pro for most people), they are less comfortable to wear for longer runs in very hot temperatures (you just get hotter because they are clingy). That is *barely* an issue though, I still wore them for an 85 degree run and felt great.
