These use flexible plastic loops to attach easily to the side arms of spectacles and tighten with little metal sliders. The cords themselves are maybe a bit more obvious and firmer than I'd have liked, but they certainly seem very strong and will probably become more flexible with use.I'm surprised that some previous reviewers were puzzled by the purpose of the beads at the back - they are clearly for quick adjustment of the length of the cords to make specs hang lower or higher on your chest when you're not wearing them. They work fine.These come in five colours (black, dark blue, red, light brown and dark brown), although it has to be said that the difference in shades of brown and blue/black are so subtle that they look very similar. It's still very useful, however, to have different colours for different specs.

Five straps for my specs for the price I paid for the last one I bought, pretty good.I'm not sure why there are little plastic beads added in the way they are. Initially I thought they would push up to secure the straps in place but the way they're fitted makes this impossible and all they did was make the strap seem shorter.I solved this problem by crunching them off with pliers. All seems good now and I'm happy. Two brown, two black and one red are not a bad mix of colours.

An excellent buy. Delighted with the range of colours and the pouch to keep them in. Not sure what the beads are for but they look nice. I was particularly delighted by the various colours in the pack, and with the inclusive wallet to keep them in. Well worth the cost and the length, enough to go round anyone's neck.

I bought these because I was fed up with using my glasses as a hairband. The straps are nicely coloured and have a nice tactile feel - leather like - and they are tough enough. They have a good adjustment mechanism, and are easy to use, and being able to swap different colours to match outfits is a cute yet effective thing.

These are great, so comfortable and unobtrusive. I love that I can tighten them so easily as it was always a problem previously with glasses slipping or falling off when sewing

I use rimless glass which is very light and slippery and really falls off while looking down or doing surgeries, I use these straps during work to make glasses fit and don't slip, it makes work a lot easier and worry-free. I don't use them 24/7 as it causes discomfort and band-like feeling.

these holders are made of suede, the grips on our spectacles are of good quality, we've used them for 3 weeks and they have not loosened (unless adjusted). Length is adjustable which is very useful. Highly recommended, especially at this price!

I got these for my mum who loses her glasses a lot. Neat little storage bag also with the five items that you pay for. Smooth swede feel from them also. Red, 2 x tan, black and purple. I would recommend these.
