I bought this item at September 2024, but it`s not working now. I checked everything there is not any problem. I tried the charger on my sister`s device and it works. I hope the seller sees this message and replaces it with a new one.

I wanted something like an LED mask that I could integrate into my every day skin care, without having to take the time to sit down with an actual LED mask for 15-20 mins. There is an LED only UFO but I wanted to try the kryo and heating features so I got this one. First of all, it's made very well. Although I don't understand why there is no silicone plug or something for the charging hole. It feels sturdy and heavy and is comfortable to use every day. For the results on my skin, it's not comparable to an actual LED mask (I know it's not supposed to), so I still have to use a mask. The UFO feels quite nice and refreshing to use, especially the kryo feature in the morning. Maybe my skin is a little bit softer but over all I don't really see any changes visually. I have read quite a few reviews where people complained, that you can only use it with an app on your phone. Yes, I think you have to activate it in the app, but you can totally switch through some modes on the device itself without it connected to your phone via Bluetooth. For me, the UFO is more a relaxing gadget than it is for skin health. So I don't think it's a revolutionary product that everyone needs, especially for the price. I'm not mad about it, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

From the moment I unboxed the FOREO UFO 3, I could tell it was made with high-quality materials. The design is sleek and modern, and it has various setting which are a great addition to my skin care routine. Using it was a little tricky to start with, the instructions are lacking even after downloading the app! I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the feel and look of my skin after a few weeks of use, but honestly it's hard to say if that is due to the device or just high quality skin care creams that it comes with. Each setting shows a different colour led when used which I love its clear that the manufacturer put a lot of thought into this product. Overall happy with the hydration and appearance of my skin since adding this to my routine.
