Fake Gillette 5 razors, money down the drain
No stars if possible. These must not be genuine Gillette and I would never trust to buy this from seller again. Have been using Gillette brand for decades, purchased in store. Bought this set of Gillette 5 (12 pack) as they looked just like the same 5-blade as I get in the store. They came in a generic brown box, not a Gillette package, so looking back that was a clue these are knockoffs. I have now thrown out all 12, one by one as each one with first use is not shaving smooth and leaving horrific razor burn, however the store bought of the “same” have never been like that. Buyer beware! All 12 razors would not have an issue if these were real Gillette. I have never had to throw out a new Gillette razor purchased from the store. I got ripped off.

No single blade trimmer on the back
If you are looking for a blade that has all 5 blades on one side- this may be great for you. I've been using the style that has 4 blades on one side and the single "precision trimmer" blade on the back and that works great for me. Since I order these way ahead of time, it's 2 months past the return date, so looks like I have a 12 pack of blades to throw in the trash.

Not the Gillette I am familiar with
Not happy with the quality. They are Gillette brand, however, it seems that they are "seconds". Not the quality of product that I am used to from this company. They are less expensive, but, there is a reason for that. They don't last and they cause discomfort when using.

Gillette caves to completion, meets lowered expectations
I wasn't surprised to see Gillette finally release a budget version of their flagship Fusion razor cartridge as they continually lose market share to competition such as Dollar Shave Club. It's ridiculous how expensive the brand name cartridges are and is no wonder people are switching to less costly alternatives. I have always preferred the brand name Gillette Fusion ProGlide over the generic completion and paid the premium. I can tell a difference as far as smoothness of shave and sharpness of the blades. The Fusion Pro Glide does not pull my facial hair as much as the generic 5 blade razors I have tried and combined with the Flexball handle it does not leave razor burn on my neck like the inflexible generic razors. The performance of these Gillette 5 blades falls in between the Fusion Pro Glide and generic 5 blade razors. For nearly half the price and compatibility with my FlexBall handle, I will settle for slightly more discomfort and lack of rear detail trimming blade. These razors seem to last through just as many shaves as the Pro Glide as well. I can usually get about 5 shaves of my thick facial hair with a few days growth before shaving becomes painful. I find Cremo shaving cream to be the most effective and convenient.

Not sure if Gillette, but they do the trick
These razors fit perfectly on my Gillette razor handles, but they don't shave like the Gillette razors that I purchase at my local drug store do. By this, I just mean, they tend to cut my skin a little here and there. So, I'm not sure they're actual Gillette razors, but they get the job done and I saved some money ordering them this way!

Great for women as well
I am a woman and love these razors.Women’s razors are beyond expensive so I was looking for an alternative. Something told me to try men’s razors as I remembered stealing my brother’s in high school, so I reached for these. They are very sharp, get all the hair on my legs, and never make me bleed. I’ve never used such a sharp razor.Honestly, women’s razors suck compared to these. I will never go back to women’s razors. These are a really good value as well. I could NEVER find 8 razor blades for $15.Goodbye, women’s razors. Hello, Gillette for Men.

Nice value without loss of quality
I wasn't sure how I would like these blades because I am fussy when it comes to shaving. I can't find happiness with Schick, club or store brand blades so I stick to Gillette Fusion, despite the price. These did not disappoint. They are every bit as sharp and long lasting as the Fusion 5 blade cartridges. They do lack the nice little sideburn trimmer blade but otherwise compare nicely. With the promo pricing and coupon they were a great value. I'd buy them again if the price is right.

Great on the first use, gets dull quick
I have tried several brands of razors and this is the best one I’ve used. No clogging, no razor burns or nicks and a good close shave. Edit: I’ve noticed that they don’t last very long. They’re great on the the first use, but after a week, I need a new one. I don’t shave my full face very often, but when I do, it pulls if it’s not a brand new blade.Edit 2: I tried the Gillette Proglide blades as I thought they'd last longer, but the quality seems to be about the same so I'm sticking with these as they're a fraction of the price of Fusion blades.

Disposable is more like it-will last only 3-4 shaves
On the fence about these... subscribed because of the price and of course, my favorite brand of razors. Gillette5 blades are cheap for a reason: they should be relabeled as “disposable” as they work well for only 2, maybe 3 shaves but no more (that is, if you don’t want to cut your skin and bleed and deal with severe razor burn). Haven’t decided whether or not I should cancel my subscription. At the end of the day, I do not think they are worth even the low price.

Not a Deal
These are definitely not the same as the blades purchased from a store and are likely knock offs which explains the low price. If you don’t want your face to look like the shower curtain in “The Shining”, buy elsewhere.

These do not compare to Fusion blades
I have been using Gillette Fusion blades since they came out in 2006. I thought I would try something new, mainly because the new Gillette 5 are significantly less expensive. Well, the good thing about Gillette 5 is their new handle that offers comfortable grip, and the razor blades shave pretty close. However, overall feel is not as smooth as it is with Fusion blades. I also miss the sixth blade (the trimmer), which I got accustomed to over the last 12 years. I am staying with my favorite Fusion Proglide.
