Can you charge this with the wire not wirelessly?

Yes you can charge with the charging cord and wirelessly. The case allows for both and you can use any charging cord, no special cord needed.

So for my Gal. S9, am i able to instal a screen protector to the phone and still be able to use the case's screen protector??

Installing an aftermarket screen protector should not interfere with the case as long as it is fitted properly, however touch sensitivity could be significantly reduced by doing so,
