The support I have from this item is the best I have and I have a lot ordered from Amazon. It is not too restrictive though it does roll down a bit but they all seem to. Comfort wise this one suits me best.

Rolls down after a bit ,but my thigh is big so it might be my problem not this

Unfortunately these are not big enough for a grown persons thigh

When doing leg exercises it's quite good.I play golf which involves the LL EFT leg twisting. It was quite good on the first fairway but then it started sliding down my leg. I lost count how many times I had to pull it up my thigh. I've tried other straps and they were the same. But like I said, ideal for when leg exercising.Price wize very cheap. So I won't complain and I'll still do my squats wearing it.Thanks.
