I figured it would be a cute gift since he has destroyed every other "cheap" store pizza cutter I have bought. The wheels spin fluidly and do not touch. This cutter has a solid amount of weight behind it, with a nice sized handle that demands a thick, crunchy crust to cut through. The perforated side is perfect for making pull apart bread sticks or a dessert dish. While I haven't actually used it yet, I know from holding it that it is just like the ones used daily at my place of employment, and these things can take a beating! I am so happy the other positive reviews on here were reliable sources of information, and the customer service of this company is a rare gem in this online world. Thank you for a great pizza wheel! It creates a more balanced "flip" action if your using both sides when baking, too.* ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So useful *by K***I on Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2016* The cutter arrived packaged in a rather wrinkled/used looking plastic baggy, and the cutter itself had metal swirls on it and looked like it was used - but after washing it I realized that it likely was just put in storage that way and the swirls were most likely just from the two blades sliding against eachother. I don't think the two blades are supposed to be touching, on mine it seems to sometimes touch slightly, but it's so light that I don't believe it'll cause any real issue. I don't think it had any grease on it, just dusty, so I guess it just "looked" used. After washing it appears pretty clean.This cutter is pretty hefty! I didn't realize how large it is from online pictures. There's a nice heft/weight to it so it doesn't feel like it'll just break apart as I try to cut up my pizza. I like how there's two slicers for your different needs. And for this price! I went to safeway and a basic pizza cutter was $10. I'm so glad I didn't just buy it there out of convenience.The round edged blade is NOT sharp btw - I freaked out when I first received it thinking I'm going to hurt myself by accident, only to realize that it's not sharp (and it's not meant to be). This one is just as large as the other but only a single wheel. This has the two wheels on it and is much heavier which was bad for me since I have limited use of one arm. It also didn't cut my panni sandwich on the first try like the other one did which is not good.
