Great expansion if you already play with the River I, River II makes it a lot larger.The King and robber are good and simple mechanic add-on to the game. You star trying to close citys and roads that are not yours just to get the extra points.We do not use the Carcassone city expansion, its a little confusing, but with the right people I think I will be a friendship destroyer kind of game.

This is a good expansion to have. There are 2 different ways to start the game, with the big city 2-tile starter spot, or with the new River that’s included, that splits into 2 different branches.The added Shrine played like a cloister, adds an interesting way to finish cloisters, or prevent others from getting points for their own.I really enjoy playing with the King and Robber bonuses. Adds another big bonus gain (well 2 of them) for everyone to strive for.If you’re pretty serious about Carcassonne and adding some more complexity to the game, get this expansion.And if anything, if you want to build a big long river, add this river to the regular (or more) river expansions to create a unique river world.

This is a good expansion for the base game.

We have enjoyed playing Carcassonne for a few years, so this last Christmas we introduced one of our Great Grandsons to the game. He is only 7, but I figured if he plays chess he would be able to enjoy this game, & he does! We receive a big thank you.

This is a great expansion of your comfortable with the base game it bring some pretty good features and tiles to the mix. Great art work as always

Box arrived in perfect shape and no pieces were missing. This is a great expansion to spice up the river expasion, give benefits for finishing features that score you no points, and having another style to start the game with the city of Carcassonne. The king and robber tiles provide other goals for end game scoring.

So much fun. Love carcassonne and this changes the gameplay somewhat and makes its so much fun.

Newest version of the Count Kind and Robber with updated texture. Excellent Add-On for people to start playing- or players who want to upgrade their old set.

Lástima que no haya llegado a estar editada en castellano. Juntamente con la expansión 10, son las únicas que no tengo en el mismo idioma. Una pena. Aunque es independiente del idioma, y rebuscando por internet puedes encontrar la traducción de las reglas.

One of the better expansions to the game.The river includes a T so you can combine the two rivers. This makes for a good expansive game board.The King/Robber for largest city/longest road changes the dynamic because it encourages the building of larger cities.The Count option is not one that our family enjoys. It is for more aggressive gameplay than my family usually employ.
