Good customer service
I purchased for my RAV 2025.At first attempt I could not get the covers on, I gave up and accidentally lost the accessories to put on the covers, after contacting customer service they sent me the accessories for me to attempt to put on covers again. I will say I found the video on YouTube more helpful. The seats are now secured. Easy to clean I even use leather shine wipes and they look so good.

Front passenger top seat cover airbag symbol and placement is on the wrong side.
I was satisfied with the quality of the product but they have the front passenger seat incorrect on the placement of the airbag symbol.

Nice material
Overall I’m happy with the purchase. The material is soft. The video for installation is great! My only complaint, not a lot of give when installing The backseat middle cushion ripped slightly while installing. I was able to sew it. Too much trouble to remove anc reinstall!
