Bitter Almonds Raw Natural (Kernels) 430g Bag (15oz)

I'm scoring this as a middle review since I have no idea how to determine the provenance. I needed them to make old school dutch bitter almond cookies. After creating the dough and tasting it (before cooking, still raw) I couldn't detect any bitter flavor. So I popped a raw one in my mouth. Not bitter. Also didn't seem raw. They had the crunch of being roasted. I truly couldn't tell the difference between these and those bought from the local grocery store. I guess I'll have to use extract to get the bitter flavor I need. boo.

I started taking these a few months ago, just one a day. This isn't snack food, so you wouldn't eat a handful the same way you wouldn't eat a handful of aspirin, or any other type of pill, since eating a handful of aspirin can kill you. You know what kills more people than cyanide is cancer, and cancer always makes more money for Big Pharma, keep that in mind when you read all the bad reviews by people trying to scare you. I love this product and I'll buy it again. Very healthy.
