I recon you could get down low if you cut both legs. Lookng at the holes on the top and bottom you should be able to get close the 15cm. if you can mount with the back overhanging you will not even need to cut.

Q: Will this stand work for CDJ 850 ?

I would not recommend this stand for the CDJ 850 as the minimum width would not offer a secure base for the CDJ 850 without using a platform to bridge the supporting arms.
