Is there a minimum load I can switch? I want this for a 10W LED in the bathroom.

I am using this to switch a 3 watt LED lamp in my hallway & it works fine

Hi does it work with halogen lights?

I've got the sensor in my bathroom with 4 halogen lights and it works fine. Just make sure if they are on a transformer the sensor is on the 240v side of things and not on the 12v if that makes sense . Have one in 2 rooms and works great

Anybody had issues with this not detecting properly? bought one in feb 2016; works perfectly. bought another aug 2020; seems intermittent.

you may see that this device is designed for incandescent lamps/lights. Are you trying to get it to switch LED lamps? I have used the one i bought to run LED lights but with a further load of switching an extractor. You may find this particular switch is dependent on the potential load it is expected to control. I do know that LED lights tend to need switching devices that are oriented towards LED lights - You can however include a dummy load into the circuit to improve the operation of the switch. The dummy loads are normally some sort of resistor that is wired into the lighting circuit in a parallel type connection to the light.

Hello, when this PIR is switching LED lights does it dim them up softly or does it just turn them on straight away? Thanks

It will straight away lights up, I am using bight LED bulbs for my ceilings. it is better performed when detect within the range.
