Rubie's Costume Co Humor S Blond Mullet Shoulder Length Wig

This wig is a fantastic product. I bought it for a contest I was putting on for the employees of my department. If they got x number of sales, they got to wear a mullet wig and play a round of Rock Band with some of their teammates. Needless to say, no one but myself wore the wig. However, I got many compliments on how classy and realistic it was. The bleached tips are fried and teased, much like a real heavily-abused head of hair would look. Now that the contest is over, I regularly encourage my employees to wear the mullet around the office. Over time, the texture and shaped changed so it looks less like a mullet, but the good news is it makes for a special touch on an Amanda Bynes costume. Worth every penny.

My family does a gag family portrait every year with a theme. We usually try to recreate an "awkward family photo" seen on the Internet. We put it in our Christmas card each year along with our normal one, and its always a big hit with our friends and family. This year (2014) we wanted to go with a redneck theme, and my daughter has blonde hair. We purchased this wig for her to wear and it was so funny. It was very itchy and annoying to her, and little bit big on her little head, but it looked great in the photo. We're saving the wig in case we decide to use it again for a costume or something.

I know it's a cheap costume wig, so I shouldn't expect anything more than a cheap costume wig. But the 'party in back' of the mullet started and stayed messy, and the wig just doesn't stay on my head well. But really, a mullet wig is fun and funny, even if it is tangled and kattywompus!

Get the brown one.I bought both as a spoof as part of a best man speech for when myself and the groom met in the very early 90s. Gonna reenact that time in our lives. He's now bald, so I can't wait. These wigs will work great.

The description says that you can style it...this wasn't the case with my purchase. Plus, it left blond strands all over everything. I put bandanas over the top so it wasn't a big deal however.

My family made a video over the holidays and each of us used a wig. This one worked very well, gets messy easily but that was fine

i purchased this for my 8 year old and she has long hair but it's not incredibly thick. You cannot fit the hair under this wig very easily.

Great for a cheesy costume (duh) looks cheap, but that's the point isn't it. Does shed so put it on as you head out the door.
