I have been really impressed with this cookware set from the moment I started using it. The detachable handle design seemed unusual at first, but it’s actually brilliant - it locks in securely for cooking and comes off with a click for easy nesting and storage. Everything stacks beautifully, and the included pot protectors keep the set looking pristine. I love the variety of pieces, from saucepans and frying pans to utensils and extras, making it a very complete and useful set. Cooking with these has been a pleasure - the pans heat evenly, food doesn’t stick, and cleanup takes almost no effort. The cream ceramic coating with gold accents is stunning on the table and makes the set look far more expensive than it is. That said, lighter colors can stain if left unwashed, and the cookware is best for low to medium heat cooking. You do need to move the handle around if using multiple pans, but it’s easy enough to get used to. The pans feel solid and well-built, and with proper care, I can see this set lasting a long time. Overall, it’s a stylish, practical, and space-saving solution that combines beauty with everyday function. I’m really pleased with this cooking set and would happily recommend it.

This set is just as described and the detachable handles and ability to nest all the pieces together saves so much space. It comes with utensils and pot protectors, and the gold finish used in the handles and lids really complements the cream color of the cookware so nicely. The pans are varying weights, but nothing is so heavy it’s a pain to get it out of a cupboard and this cookware lasts if you treat it right, so no metal utensils that could scratch it up. I’ve never had an issue with food sticking and washing these never involves scrubbing anything as a result. The only issue that might come up is Carote cookware is known for easily staining on the outside, mostly from using higher heat and especially with lighter colors like this. These pans are made for low to medium heat and that might be too inconvenient for some, but for me, I use cast iron if I want to cook something on high. Just keep that in mind when comparing to other brands. This was $99.99 when I ordered and for the quality and look of this cookware, I think it’s a great value. 4 stars

My wife picked out this CAROTE cookware set, and I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about the whole detachable handle idea. It seemed like a gimmick. But after using them for a while, I'm giving the set a full five stars. That handle system is the smartest thing I've seen in a kitchen in a long time.What I really like is how these things store. Our cabinet for pots and pans used to be a jumbled mess of handles sticking out everywhere. With this set, you just stack the pots and pans neatly inside each other. It saves a ton of space. The handle itself clicks on and off easily but feels rock-solid when it's attached. There's no wobble; you can carry a pot full of water without a second thought. The pans themselves are heavy and heat up evenly, which is what you want from good stainless steel. I've seared steaks and cooked breakfast, and they perform just as well as any high-dollar pan I've used.The only thing I'd even call a dislike is that you have to get used to sharing the handles. If you've got a couple of things going on the stove at once, you're moving the handle from one pan to another. It's a minor inconvenience, not a real problem. The cream-white color is fine; my wife likes it, but we'll see how it holds up to stains over time.For the money, getting a 19-piece set of this quality is a great value. The fact that it solves the biggest headache with cookware—storage—makes it an easy five-star rating for me. It's a solid, well-thought-out product that just works. My wife made a good call on this one.

These pans are amazing! They have many features that encouraged me to try them, and I love them so much! The set comes with a wide variety of different pans. There are: three sizes of quart sauce pans, two flat pans, three lids, two interchangeable handles, one felt trivet, five cooking utensils, one cleaning eraser, and care instructions. The pans are nonstick and extremely easy to clean, although if you do have to use it, the cleaning eraser is perfect for that. I was relieved to find pans that are nontoxic and aren’t bad for you. The only problem I had with them was that when they first came, the lids did not have their handles on them, and though two went on, the other was much more difficult to screw the handle on. There was no visible sign of why it wouldn’t, but it took a long frustrating time to get it to screw on. Eventually, we realized there was an issue with one of the screws. We switched the lids around and it worked. Other than that I was very impressed with the ingenuity of the handles, with a click you can attach or unattach the handles on any pan or saucepan in the set. When I clicked the handle on, I was afraid it would slide around or not be sturdy enough to hold a pan full of food by just the handle, but I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the handle was, it worked so well! This is a great quality set. I’m very pleased with it.

This is a wonderful cookware set. The tri-ply design with an aluminum core sandwiched between 18/8 stainless steel is one of the best cookware designs that heats quickly and evenly. It’s also over-safe (to 600 degrees) and dishwasher-safe. The ceramic coating on the outside looks nice and makes the cookware easier to clean.The 2-quart, 3-quart sized sauce pans along with the 4-quart casserole are all useful sizes for most daily meals. The 10” flying pan and 10” saute pan are perfect for my needs as well. Often, you buy a cookware set and find yourself not using every pot or pan, but this is a very well-configured set so that every piece is useful. Aside from the pans, there are also 5 silicone utensils, two lids that will fit all the pans interchangeably. It even contains 4 pot protectors that you can use in between the pans to protect them during storage, which is quite thoughtful. It’s a great cookware set that looks lovely with a thoughtful design. The value for all you get is amazing.
