Great product, horrible customer service.
First I will say this chair really delivers on performance. It comes fully assembled and it's easy to figure out how to use with the exception of how to convert the chair to manual mode. The directions were merely impossible to follow as they were written in broken English that was illegible. Some words were covered up by pictures and did not make it any easier to use. The other issue I had was that it came with a cracked battery charger and trying to get a replacement was a nightmare. ( I ended up with a whole new chair and was expected to return the one they wanted to replace. There was no way to get just the charger! I was on the phone for hours and got rerouted several times and was misled into exchanging the entire chair. In the end I kept the chair and bought a replacement charger for $25. I do regret buying medical equipment this way as I'm sure there is no possible help with any future problems or repairs. It's a great product but it is not advisable to purchase on line. It also weighs quite a bit.

UPDATED: GREAT Electric Wheelchair
Updated Review:Changed the rating to 5 stars! I wish we had found this sooner for my disabled sister! The real test was the San Diego Zoo. It climbed hills with ease, and my sister was able to maneuver the wheelchair easily through crowds. It has changed her life and she is so very happy!! The manual needs to be revised but the end result deserves the 5 stars!! Battery lasted 2 days BTW, extremely pleased!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Nice Wheelchair so far. It took a while to figure out whether the charging cable was actually charging the chair! The paper directions aren’t very good and I had to go online for help for charging issues. No where in the manual does it say to connect BOTH red plugs under to chair together for the charging to happen 😡 wasted half the day wondering why the chair wasn’t charging. My reason for only 4 stars. My sister is developmentally disabled and this will help her for short distances. Like that the chair could be used both electric toggle or manual like a regular wheelchair.Only other issue is that the chair is very heavy.

Worth the money
Wheel chair allowed my wife to gain some independence back, truly heartwarming to see her smile at being able to go around the grocery store after being practically housebound. The chair came with some damage, mainly the spacers for the leg support which seems like others have experienced. The seller was able to send me replacement parts in a timely fashion, which I am very grateful for.The chair is a little heavier than I expected, I believe about 75lb with the batteries, it came pretty much made up. It folds up compact, I'm able to fit it in a subaru outback in the upright position so there is plenty of trunk space left. The controller came set up for right hand control which is what my wife needs, but it looks like it can be changed to left hand with removing a bracket and installing on the other arm.It runs nice on level ground and hills/ramps.Grass is a challenge if there are drivets but it gets there eventually same with gravel, especially if loose and not tight packed. All in all of buy it again and I was happy with the sellers response.

Inspect pieces upon delivery
Nice wheelchair but when I was taking it out of the box I noticed some issues. The joystick holder is plastic and the joystick is heavy so I found that the screw to hold it is bent and the plastic piece completely broke. The arm also has a rip. Contacted the company. Not sure if they will resolve the issue or not. Will have to get gorilla glue or something to hold the piece together but not sure about the screw.**Update: received a response from the seller. They were quick to respond, I had to check my spam email and found the response the same day I reached out. Replacement parts are shipped so that I can secure the joystick to the arm.Very happy with the help received and happy to have this wheelchair for my mom for our trip to Disney next month!—————Update: On our trip the battery kept dying very easily. I contacted customer service upon our return and they replaced the chair. Customer service is great and very responsive. Very happy with their help and the chair!

Okay inside not so good outside
This power chair is fine for getting around inside. It is quite maneuverable and takes up little space. Outside is a different matter. On the positive side it is relatively light and easy to fit in even a small vehicle. Other than that it is slow for outside use and struggles to climb slopes, including ramps. Don’t count on having sufficient charge for extensive outside travel. I have relegated mine to getting around the lower level of my home. Based on cost and inside performance it’s not a bad choice, but you can likely find better if you want a more versatile chair.
