Featuring IP68 waterproofing for submersion up to 3 meters, dual mounting options (magnetic and suction), and real-time app alerts, it offers versatile, reliable water presence monitoring for gardens, grow tents, aquariums, and industrial tanks. ## Description A sensor designed specifically for AC Infinity AI Controllers to monitor the presence or absence of water. Review: I received this through the desertcart Vine program for the purposes of reviewing. I got this to use with my grow system. I am using an auto-watering system in my grow tent with an external reservoir. This sensor simply detects the presence of water, for my purposes to let me know when my reservoir is nearly empty. The sensor can be used for more advanced features as well, like automations (i.e. turning on/off a pump). To be clear, this sensor only works with the AI Controller and is not supported by any other models at this time. It also does not use the standard UIS ports, but rather one of the two sensor ports on the AI controller. This is important to note because currently it is a limitation if you are using any of the other AI controller sensors like temp/humidity, CO2, moisture sensor, etc. Currently, you can only use two of the listed sensors at a time. Hopefully, there is a firmware update or sensor dongle coming to allow more than any two sensors being connected at a time. I think it is reasonably priced, and if you are already using the AC Infinity AI controller, then this is another great addition to the AC Infinity ecosystem. At the risk of sounding like a shill for AC Infinity, I think they are one of the best grow equipment manufacturers out there. Their software and hardware integration is the best I have used by far. Nobody else is quite at the level of integration as they are in my opinion. Review: Does what it's supposed to.
