Bernie Clark has done it again!!His newest book, “Your Spine Your Yoga”, is the book I’ve been wanting for!It is well written, thoroughly researched, and expertly explained! It’s a perfect balance of science and application, as well as practical and humorous. And that’s hard to do in a book mainly about alignment and anatomy.This book is for all practitioners and teachers of yoga, from all styles of yoga including; Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and more.Trust me, you need this book!And you also need “Your Body Your Yoga”.Bernie’s books are required reading in many of my Yoga Training Prograns, and we are all truly lucky to have this resource!!!

Must have for all Yoga teachers!!
I love all the books written by Bernie Clark, especially this trilogy series. His writings and data are all scientifically well backed up (tons of reference pages) and well organized. I followed "How to read this book" and read what I need for my practices and teaching instead of cover to cover (it's great amount of information and could be intimidating!). Lots of good technique that we can offer in the class and my favorite is "Nerve Flossing!" I cannot wait for the next book from Bernie!

Awesome
I am reading this book for a training I am going to in May. It is an awesome book and has captured my interest eventhough I am not usually that interested in anatomy. It is very intense and takes a long time to read an absorb. It captures every part of the spine, has side bars "for yoga teachers", "what's important" and an overview at the end of each chapter.

Outstanding Reference Text
I am still making my way through " Your Spine, Your Yoga. Three years out from a back injury, and an avid yogi, I wanted to increase my knowledge of the anatomy of the spine and supporting structures. This book definitely does that! The illustrations are first rate and the text explains things very well, though the complexity and the interrelationship of the human spine to the peripheral limbs and musculature has me re-reading sections multiple times. This book is laid out in such a way that it allows you to do that easily. I recommend this book without reservation, especially if you are fascinated by how the human skeletal system functions dynamically, and are looking for increased knowledge of what constitutes your core.

Excellent information about how your spine works. Specifically, how you can prevent injury and how to strengthen your spine if you want to enjoy excellent health and excellent posture. I highly recommend this book.

Deep dive into anatomy
This book is a deep dive into the spine! It’s amazing however, it’s not an easy or quick read. It’s really for the Yogi or Teacher who is really deep diving into anatomy. For those, this is a phenomenal tool!

Bernie Clark is so smart. He does a great job explaining things with metaphors and with simple language so that I can really understand and turn the information I’m gaining into actual, usable knowledge.

Si la pratique du Yin vous intéresse et que vous souhaitez aller plus loin dans la compréhension du corps, ce livre est juste indispensable. Ce libre n'a pas encore été traduit en français.Il vient en complément de Your Body Your Yoga / Votre Corps Votre Yoga qui lui a été traduit du coup.

Quite Simply the Best Book on the Market
There is no Yogi author quite like Bernie Clarke. He has the ability to create a story line through his books, leading one deeper and deeper into the plot! I, like many other yoga students, teachers and therapists have sought out knowledge endlessly in books only to find a complexity of concepts which never quite manage to transfer as genuinely useful information. This as with Bernies other books is different. He can lead us along step by step and stage by stage, from my first dip into it I immediately ‘got it’ and was able to relieve to my YT students and myself of the aches and pains that emerge from under and over doing it in life and on the mat.Deep gratitude and thanks to you Bernie.
