I really wanted to like this, and based on all of the reviews (99% of which are from Vine, not actual purchasers) it should have been a step up from my iPhone camera. It is not. My phone takes better quality, clearer photos in the same lighting (indoors, with very good indirect sunlight). Using the zoom at all results in exceptionally grainy photos. I read the instruction manual and tried different settings with minimal change in outcome. The flip screen was a huge bonus for content creation, but it’s fairly unhelpful if the picture quality is poor. I’d stick with my iPhone and research better quality cameras from a recognized brand instead of buying one of these.

Was excited for this inexpensive option to do a few photos for projects. After taking about 12 photos the display screen went dark. I tried charging the battery and several other things. It was disappointing even for an inexpensive and poorly made digital camera. I was hoping it would last at least a month or two. I’ve included unboxing photos taken with my iPhone.

No it did not. It is a very simple phone, does not have focus on the lends like described. Picture quality is bad, zoom is nowhere near what described. Not worth the money

The photos are only okay, when they turn out. The video recording is pretty crappy and the sound basically non-existent. No, I didn't expect a lot, but if it says 5k video why isn't it? Half the photos don't turn out, and yes, I wait until the green light comes on. Zoom is ridiculously bad. Why even bother with it. I'll read the instructions tomorrow, maybe I need a better memory card, but I hate those tiny little things, so I really don't want to buy another one when that might not work. I don't care that the body is cheap plastic, but I do care enough to want better photos and a half-way decent zoom. I do like that it comes with two batteries and no case, which I didn't need, and the usb for transfer works slick. I don't see the reason it makes noise whenever you do anything. I wanted another little Canon Elph but cannot afford to get even close to that.

Quality of the photos and videos are absolutely terrible. Very grainy images. Worse than pictures taken with a 110 film camera.
