Love this charger

Purchased this for my note 9, never used a wireless charger before but will never go back to cables after this.Yes comes with a European 2 pin plug but just use the one that comes with your phone, can't really see what the big issue is with doing this and you will be left with a 2 pin for traveling out of the UK saving having to by an adaptor.Other reviewers have complained about it not charging if not placed correctly, can't see how hard it is to put your phone on it roughly in the middle, maybe it's just me but i just place it down and it charges.Not sure what others are trying to do or if there using a dodgy case and its affecting it but im using a genuine samsung case with not issues and charges just as quick as using a cable.

Its value for money for £15 as its a Official Samsung accessory. It comes with 15 W charging brick which will cost you £10 on its own (that too not original). Wireless charger of other brands will get your battery in trouble as it will heat up soon. This product is good does the job for my Samsung S10e. But the problem I have noticed is that Fast wireless charge is not always instantly detected and it will charge on very slow speed. I have to constantly ensure that Fast wireless charge is detected by checking my phone settings. I think Samsung should use some smart tech to make Samsung products to instantly detect each other and sync the settings.

Used original Samsung wireless chargers in the past and this is exactly as expected. Good build qulaity, charges fairly fast and makes it easy to charge. Just place my Note 9 on it and it's charging.

Good wireless charger, only problem is difficult to see incoming calls while vertically rested on charger.
