Apple MacBook Pro 13in (Retina Early 2015) - Core i5 2.7GHz, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD (Renewed)

I purchased the refurbished 2015 Macbook Pro model, as this is the last one that Apple made with the USB charging ports and HDMI input, and those features are very important to me and do come in very handy, whereas you don't get those features with the newer models, you have to buy external adapters for the macs. I am very happy with this model of Macbook Pro, it has a very impressive retina display screen, it is very quick and easy to use, does almost everything you could need a laptop to do, in my eyes it is the perfect laptop.I want to make a note in this review to put a good spotlight on the suppliers of this refurbished Mac, for anyone that is worried about who to buy from, CRS have supplied great customer service along the way.When I purchased the Mac back in April, I did have a couple of issues with the machine, but they were always very attentive and there to help whenever I needed them. Originally the mac charger wasn't working correctly so they instantly sent me another one in the post free of charge, and the fans were running quite loudly as I explained to them and their customer support team helped talk me through some troubleshooting to remedy this issue, they even sent me out some mini screwdrivers which were very handy.Unfortunately, that Macbook that I had originally purchased did seem to have some ongoing issues with either the charging port/battery so after a while, it kept failing and I knew it would need repairs to keep it running, so I contacted them once again and they were immediately very helpful arranging the return of the faulty Mac, and as soon as I sent my baby back to them, a brand new refurbished one returned to me in the post only 3 days later!Obviously, no one wants to have faulty hardware, but you have to expect that these machines can sometimes have faults with them after years of use and that's what you sign up for when you purchase a refurbished item, but the main fact that made me very happy with my purchase was that CRS were so kind attentive and supporting whenever I needed help, and that's all you need from a supplier!The warranty feature of buying a refurbished MacBook from CRS is a great quality and I'm very happy with my new machine.Thanks again, I hope this helps anyone that is wondering whether to buy this Mac or not.

Arrived promptly, very good condition, appears like new, accepting updates straight away. Offered a 18 month warranty for a review. I bought an 8GB RAM but when it arrived they had upgraded it to 16GB RAM free of charge - so no complaints!!

I rarely purchase refurbished products because I'm wary of the quality especially after a traumatic past experience. (I'm kind of a 'germ phobic' too if that explains much). I was on an extremely tight budget and in need of a macbook asap and saw this online. I trusted the information I read with the protection it gave me as a buyer. I'm pleased to say I'm very happy with my product so far- after I got a replacement for my charger. So very much worth the price and all is working well. Thank you.

The MacBook is in great condition, very minor scratches (4 In total). But there are some issues. 1 there is a user profile called test that is password protected that can not be removed and the hard drive is not formatted in the correct file system meaning apps won't download, cannot update the O/S can not automatically update. Internet explorer (safari) also won't display certain webpages such as adobe, not a fault on there end either as older Mac is displaying it fine at the same time, just get a blank window.Less than six months down the line and the screen is constantly flickering with minimal use less than two hours a week.Shocking do not buy

I am a 79 year old pensioner who is not very computer proficient but have found this MacBook Pro easy to use and the prompts are helpful. Its simple, as fast as I need, and gives me everything I want for what I need to do. The free virus protection is exceptional and covers my every need. An excellent buy indeed. I am delighted with my new MacBook..!

Had a 2010 Macbook pro and no more os updates, so bought 2015 Macbook Pro, replaced SSD with 2tb and all great

My 2010 MacBook was on its last legs and I couldn’t afford a new one so tried Amazon renewed and bought this 2015 13 inch MacBook Pro for around £687. It arrived speedily, well packaged with all necessary parts included. Haven’t fully the machine yet but it looks absolutely perfect and comes with a year’s guarantee. Very impressed with my purchase and would recommend Loop8 if you want to try something similar. Well done folks and thank you.

Ricevuto Apple MacBook PRO ricondizionato classificato eccellente.Il Mac non è stato richiuso correttamente, è rimasta una grossa luce sulla parte anteriore.Il fondo del pc non appoggia bene sui suoi 4 punti e traballa mentre si scrive con la tastiera.Il sound non si sente sempre bene.Il venditore dichiara: "I prodotti in condizioni Premium ed Eccellente non mostrano segni di danni estetici visibili da 30 centimetri di distanza". Non è vero, il difetto si nota chiaramente.
