So far so good. The frame, battery, and motor are all solid. The only thing that's tripping me up is the speed, the display maxes out at 20 mph, but the listing says 28. Haven't figured out how to adjust it to hit that 28 yet. No issues at all with steep hills, assembly was a breeze, and customer support has been super responsive. The fat tires make for a really smooth ride, and I’m happy with the battery life too. I've been taking it out for short rides once a week. Fingers crossed it holds up well long-term.

I got the bike in about 4 days, super fast delivery, which was a nice surprise. The box was huge though, so it took two of us to get it into the garage. It's really well-designed and built, and they even included all the tools needed for assembly. My son helped put it together, and honestly, the only part that needed an extra hand was popping the front wheel on. It's not heavy at all, even for someone my age to handle. Rides like a dream, smooth and comfortable. My son took it for a spin around the block right after assembly, and I've put about 30 miles on it since then with zero issues. The battery is removable too, so I'm planning to grab a second one to swap out when needed. We're really happy with this purchase. If anyone's just getting into e-bikes, I'd absolutely recommend this model.
