    Very good fermented hot sauce!

Excellent taste, quite hot.  I like it and expect to reorder!  I make my own pepper sauce with vinegar, and Habaneropeppers for greens and vegetables, and make my own tomato salsa with garden tomatoes and usually Garden Salsa Hybrid Peppers for my morning oatmeal, and use this for extra special treats and hot needs which it fills very well.  Quite a good fermented hot sauce!  if you like hot sauce and need an extra thrill, I think you will like this.

I once had a few bottles of Paulman Acre sauce. The texture was brilliant, and I've never had something like it since. The flavour was rich, spicy, deep. At one point I leaned back to enjoy the complexity of the flavours, and when I opened my eyes, I was in the desert in front of a large Mayan pyramid. I met my spirit guide, which took the form of a coyote. He (she?) advised me to find my soulmate, and questioned the assumption that I had met mine. The next day, I woke up in a golf course, where I met my wife, who was angry at me for leaving our dinner party the night before. But the hot sauce from Paulman Acre is tough to beat!
