Mouse; if you remove battery cover you will find the wireless USB dongle.2. Numpad.I didn't really need the Numpad, but as I connected to my laptop it was working perfectly fine. The buttons go deep, though they are not mechanical. You will need a AAA battery for the Numpad.The mouse can be used without the Numpad. The support under it doesn't keep it still. When I came back to my computer, 3 days later, neither one would turn on. I put new batteries in both, now the mouse will work - but not the keypad. The keypad is the reason that I actually bought this to begin with, and it wont even turn on. Now it's basically a paperweight. It is cheaply made, light-weight, and useless.
