Honestly I was skeptical about this purchase as there are a lot of negative reviews. So I wanted to give it a decent amount of time before I left a review. I haven’t had and worn this chain everyday for roughly a month and a half and I must say for the price, I am quite pleased. Sure, this isn’t solid gold or some insane quality gold plating, but for someone like me; who wasn’t sure if I would even like yellow gold jewelry as I’ve always only worn silver, I thought I’d give this a shot. You can see in the video where the plating is already starting to wear on some of the angles of the links, but it is only noticeable if you are looking very closely at it in the right lighting, it still looks great from a distance. I haven’t had a single issue with the clasp durability, it has functioned great since the day I got it. My biggest concern was how thin it is, but I have worn it daily since receiving it and can assure that the thinness of it is fine if you aren’t doing anything crazy with it. I wear it at work, in the gym and just doing your typical everyday things and have not had any concern with it breaking. I actually don’t even mind how thin it is because you practically forget that you’re wearing it. So if you’re like me and are unsure about about whether or not you like yellow gold jewelry and don’t want to spend a ton of money to figure that out, then this is a perfect option!

Good looking chain

This chain does not come as advertised. It is thin and flimsy. The loops on the chain are too large, and they do not match what is shown in the image. The chain itself is also incredibly thin. The color is fine, but it’s also an expensive product. Overall, it just looks tacky. I’m disappointed in it. Chains in general are expensive, but this one in particular is nothing more than a $5 product being sold higher to make people think it’s high quality. It’s not. I’m not even sure this is real gold on top of silver. With how falsely advertised it was, I wouldn’t be surprised if it started turning green after only a few weeks. Lastly, the clasp is pretty unconventional, so it’s difficult to open. Now, I don't say any of this with anger or malice. I am frustrated the product wasn’t what was shown, yes, but this review is genuine and cool headed. So trust me when I say, I do not recommend this product. I filed to return, but I forgot about it in my cupboard and missed the deadline. If anything changes, I’ll update this review.

This is a very attractive piece of jewelry. The style of link is classic, elegant and understated. Light and perfect weight for a woman. If buying one for a man, I’d go the the heavier version which is available. Purchased this for my wife. She loved it immediately and has been wearing it ever since. Good value. Can’t go wrong with this.
